If you do not want to pay online, we offer the convenience of paying your bill over the phone. A fee of $3.95 is charged and paid to a vendor for assisting us in providing you with this service.
You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, a debit card or personal checking account to make a payment. Allow 2-4 business days for the payment to be applied to your DTE Energy account. As long as payment is made by 2 p.m. Eastern Time on the due date, you will not be charged a late fee.
In order to complete this transaction, you will need your DTE Energy account number(s) as well as your debit or credit card or checking account and bank routing numbers.
Please call 800.477.4747 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, or 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday to make your payment.
Note: The maximum payment amount is $10,000 excluding the fee.
