The Automatic Transfer of Service (ATS) program allows for continuous electric or natural gas service in the properties you own or manage.
Under this plan, when your tenant calls for service to be discontinued, the meter will remain on and service will be automatically transferred into your name. You will be responsible for the service used until we receive a request from your next tenant to transfer the service into their name. As an incentive to enroll in the ATS program, the $5.00 new electric service charge will be waived for all accounts transferred into the landlord's name.
